Complimentary Check for AC Controls
Installation of BTU (British Thermal Unit) meters aka chiller meters has been completed in Marina View Towers.
Since the Chilled Water usage will be now be billed based on meters, we are doing a complimentary check in all the apartments through the MEP service provider (UCWF) for the thermostat and actuator, as fault in one or both could result in excessive consumption. You will be contacted shortly to schedule the inspection.

Façade Cleaning
Facade Cleaning – July 2016
Façade cleaning (glass, aluminum cladding & walls) for Tower A & Tower B will be carried from July 16, 2016 (Saturday) onwards which will be completed in approximately 30-days to 45 days.
Kindly ensure you do not leave any valuable belongings in your balcony, We request you to keep the balcony door closed at the time of cleaning.
Please call on 800-Itihad or cs@itihad.co.ae immediately for improvement if your windows are not properly cleaned.

Dubai Population Statistics 2016
Please be advised that the Dubai Statistics Centre (DSC), Government of Dubai, has commenced their above survey since 28 February 2016 and will be visiting you soon, if not already done so. Please see the notification (link below) from DSC detailing their requirements and procedure in this regard.
The Dubai Population Statistics 2016 is a Government of Dubai initiative and hence we kindly seek your fullest cooperation in providing the required information to the nominated DSC Surveyors during their visit.
We reiterate the fact stated in the attached DSC notification that you should not disclose your data to any surveyor who does not hold a valid ID from the Dubai Statistics Centre (DSC).
