Water Tanks Cleaning and Disinfection
The Eight Water Storage Tanks located in Basements and Roofs of the two towers will be cleaned and disinfected from 20th May through 24th May 2017. It is mandatory to clean and disinfect all water storage tanks once every six months.
Cleaning and Disinfection is scheduled in a way to avoid any disruption of water supply nevertheless there is a possibility of disruption in water supply during the cleaning schedule. Hence you are requested to store some water for contingencies.

National Pest Control Team will be doing pest control treatment for all common area in the Tower A & B as per below schedule:
May 10, 2017 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
May 11, 2017 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Please note that the Owners’ Association is responsible for Pest Control in Common Areas, which is scheduled at least once every three months. It is important that each apartment owner/tenant arranges a pest control at least once every six months to avoid cross infestation.
Disruption in Air Conditioning
Essential maintenance works on main chilled water supply pumps will be carried out in Marina View Towers which will require temporary interruption to the Air Conditioning system of Tower “A” as per below schedule:

Interruption of Electric Supply
Planned Preventive maintenance/improvement works will be carried out in Marina View Towers which will require temporary interruption to the Common area electric supply only including Lights, AC and staircase lights as per below schedule:
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Tower A , 19th to 20th March
Tower B, 21st to 22nd March
We regret the inconvenience however planned maintenance is essential to prevent faults and risk of failure
Façade Cleaning
Please note
that the external facade cleaning works will begin on March 19, 2017 and will take approximately 30 days to complete depending on the weather conditions.
We request you to keep windows closed at all times during and after the cleaning.

Swimming Pool Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning of the swimming pool will be carried out from February 4th, 2017. As the water from the swimming pool will be drained completely during the cleaning, minor civil work will also be done to enhance the aesthetics of the pool. As per this schedule, the pool will remain closed for residents till at least February 20th, 2017.
