Dubai, UAE — Itihad Community Management has successfully renewed the WELL Health-Safety Rating renewal in Dubai, a globally recognized certification that verifies health, safety, and resilience standards in communities. This renewal underscores Itihad’s commitment to delivering safe, sustainable, and future-ready environments across the buildings it manages in Dubai.

The WELL Health-Safety Rating, developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), is a third-party verified designation that focuses on operational policies, maintenance protocols, emergency preparedness, and stakeholder education. Rooted in the WELL Building Standard and supported by thousands of global experts, the certification confirms that Itihad-managed communities meet rigorous international benchmarks for well-being, safety, and operational excellence.
