Owners’ Association is a not-for-profit body that is responsible for operating and managing common areas, common elements and assets, facilities and services of jointly owned property developments.
Each owner becomes a member of the Owners’ Association by assuming the title of property. The membership is transferred to subsequent owners upon transfer of title.
The Owners’ Association levies a service charge to cover the cost of operations and maintenance. Each Owner is responsible for the payment of his share of service charge.
